Hotel Bellevue & Bar-Restaurant La Caravelle – Marseille (Old Port)

A Marseille institution located on the Quai du Port, our establishment (the eco-labeled Hôtel Bellevue & the legendary La Caravelle bar-restaurant) is looking for its future interns. Come learn the trade in a place steeped in history, combining authenticity with a breathtaking view of Notre-Dame de la Garde.

Responsibilities

Editor / Journalist (Multiple establishments)

Long-term internship – Paid Become our address reporter! You will write for the Bellevue, La Caravelle, and our partner establishments in France.

  • Missions: Writing articles on Marseille cultural news, focusing on the eco-responsibility of the hotel, creating web content and writing press kits for jazz and gastronomic events.
  • The profile: Agile writing skills, curiosity about Marseille's heritage and editorial rigor.

Community Manager & Content Creator

Long-term internship – Paid Capture the soul of the Old Port and the magic of our jazz evenings.

  • Missions: Establish the programming schedule, shoot photos/videos (bar atmosphere, terrace view, rooms), boost the visibility of our articles and engage our community on Instagram and Facebook.
  • The profile: Creative eye, responsiveness and mastery of social media trends.

Hospitality & Catering Professions

Long-term internships only – Hotel Management/Tourism School – Paid

  • Bartender / Bartender: Learning mixology and service at the legendary La Caravelle bar, stock management and jazz atmosphere.
  • Restaurant Service: Welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food on the plate and advising on our wine list and market products.
  • Cooking: Immerse yourself alongside our chef in the preparation of fresh produce and typical regional dishes.
  • Valet / Chambermaid: Learning the standards of boutique hotels, cleaning the rooms of the Hotel Bellevue and respecting eco-responsible protocols (Green Key Label).
  • Reception: Welcoming travelers, managing reservations and concierge services on the Old Port.
Qualifications
  • Training: Student in a School of Communication, Journalism or Hotel/Tourism School.
  • Duration: We are exclusively looking for long-term internships for effective immersion.
  • Languages: Fluent English (Marseille is an international destination!).
